A Venture Bound success story in the making
Until they met Duncan Farschman, small business partners Pam and Nazih had never really considered hiring someone with autism. Nor, for that matter, had either imagined how they could impact a young person’s career hopes.
OUR MISSION
To help young people with cognitive or social challenges prepare for successful and sustainable employment.
OUR VISION
To provide young people with the necessary skills, confidence, and support to obtain meaningful and rewarding employment—and recognize them as valuable contributors to the community.
HOW IT WORKS
Venture Bound partners with schools and communities to identify the career potential in each student. Working together, we build on the student’s interests and strengths to create individualized life-skills training, curriculum, volunteer experiences, and employment opportunities.
